Roy Kalmerton is a full-time fishing guide. As co-owner of Wolf Pack Adventures LLC, he knows the importance of getting on the bite and catching fish, no matter the circumstances. With decades of fishing and guiding experience, Roy has become a “jack” of all presentations, and master of many. Before becoming a professional guide, Roy worked for 27 years patrolling Wisconsin waters as a game warden. This work kept Roy Kalmerton very busy throughout the open water seasons, so most of his vacations were spent on frozen water.
Starting nearly 30 years ago, his first students in fishing were his own two sons who quickly learned many of his fine tricks and became his partners as teachers. Still, today, the “leader of the Pack” is willing to share his old tricks as well as the newest bait presentations and secrets of the pros.
